On The Planning And Design Of Resettlement Housing Under Limited Conditions

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the scale of cities is expanding,and there are more and more demolition and resettlement housing projects due to the renovation of urban villages,renovation of old cities and land expropriation.This saves valuable land resources for the city,improve the urban land utilization,on the other hand because of the economic subject,operation mode,the particularity of distribution,the design of the resettlement room with normal market operation mode of commercial housing design has a bigger difference.Especially in the areas of the city of resettlement housing community,its design combines architecture,sociology,political economics,urban geography,urban planning to learn many subjects,such as research subject,resource allocation for the city,urban spatial structure,urban social problems and so on all have great influence.Based on this,this article through the analysis of the definition of the current urban resettlement housing,characteristics and the problems existing in the design of housing,and combined with engineering examples,discusses design idea,for the future of housing design provides a certain reference value.
