Research On The Establishment And Optimization Of The Schedule Planning For The DCS Resettlement Housing Project

In the management of the project progress, the establishment and optimization of the plan is the first link which plays an important role in the process of project management. Only work out a plan for the project which is realistic and workable, can we guide the actual work in the construction process, to ensure the rational allocation of resources and meet the requirement of the project. They also sum up the relevant experience and predict the developing trend. Using the advanced management software, this paper systematically completes the DCS resettlement housing project schedule, including the preparation and optimization, according to the characteristics of resettlement housing and project management experience. It is sure to provide some reference for related engineering implementation of schedule management in the process of the work.
