With the continuous development of new technologies,new materials,new equipment,and new processes,the construction of stiffness skeletons has begun to enter the eyes of the engineering people.At this stage,it has developed into the main construction method of long-span arch bridge projects.However,my country has not yet implemented a special quota for the construction of large-span arch bridges stiff skeletons,and in practice there is no construction quota matched with the construction of stiff skeletons.The construction of large-span arch bridges and ordinary arch bridges have large differences in construction environment,organization,and safety assurance,which makes it difficult to guarantee the reasonableness and accuracy of the construction cost of the large-span arch bridge stiffness skeleton construction.Therefore,it is of practical significance to compile and study the construction quota of the stiffness framework of the long-span arch bridge.In this paper,taking the Nanpanjiang Bridge project as an example,combined with the subject data of the "Measurement of Rigid Skeleton Steel Tube Arch Enveloped Concrete Quota" of the Second Railway Corporation of China Railway,the construction technology and characteristics of the long-span arch bridge stiffness skeleton are first analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the factors influencing the quota consumption,the model assumptions are made based on the system dynamics method,and the evaluation index system for determining the quota consumption is determined using Vensim software simulation and sensitivity analysis methods.Finally,a fixed solution model based on AHP-fuzzy mathematics is established.Empirical analysis and accuracy verification were carried out at the end of the article.The results show that this quota preparation model is more accurate than traditional quota determination results.The paper builds an SD model,excavates the key factors that affect the fixed consumption,and forms an evaluation index system.The construction model of the construction quota of the stiffness skeleton of the long-span arch bridge is established,and the artificial quota value of the construction of the stiffness skeleton of the long-span arch bridge is calculated by means of the index system.The research on construction quota preparation method is helpful for the construction unit's investment control;it is helpful for the construction unit to analyze its own management level,save engineering costs.
