Computer interlocking system is the core technology of controlling railway signal equipment.With the rapid development of railway transportation,the rationality,real-time performance and high efficiency of computer interlocking system have become the key factors to affect the transportation efficiency and traffic safety of the railway control system.In China,about 84% of Golmud-Lhasa section of Qinghai-Tibet line with an average altitude of more than 4km,and the signal maintenance personnel need to face the harsh weather conditions of cold and hypoxia all year round.Therefore,with the rapid development of computer technology and the construction of railway information management,it is necessary to develop some systems which can reduce the amount of equipment maintenance and labor intensity of the on-site workers in Qinghai-Tibet railway line.It is also of practical significance to improve the safety of railway operation and reduce the maintenance cost.Under this condition,on the basis of the computer interlocking system,a computer interlocking remote monitoring system based on B/S structure is studied and designed,and the integrity,availability and practicability of the computer interlocking remote monitoring system is verified according to the functions of the designed system.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1)According to the unattended station on the guela line of qinghai-tibet railway due to the traffic inconvenience and other factors,the site maintenance personnel can't find the failure of computer interlocking equipment timely and effectively,and they also can't handled the failure by remote monitoring command effectively.On the basis of deeply analyzing the fault processing process of computer interlocking system,a computer interlocking remote monitoring system is designed,and the system architecture,monitoring method and functional design of computer interlocking remote monitoring system are described in detail.(2)The system adopts multi-layer B/S structure,combined with the three-dimensional modularization of the BIM model,,to present the status of the computer interlocking equipment inside and outside the station,which will integrate a variety of complex information in a virtual simulation environment and naturally present it on the client,the efficiency to obtain information from interlocking equipment is improved,and the loss of information and time is reduced.At the same time,the difficulty of information query is reduced through Web browsing,which makes the computer interlocking remote monitoring system more accurate and timely in terms of information transmission.(3)The software and hardware design scheme of the computer remote monitoring system is realized,and the correctness and effectiveness of the computer remote monitoring system are verified by the main functions of the system,such as the detection of interlockingequipment,the management of interlocking equipment,the statistics of electrical fault,and the system management.
