As an organic growth space, the city must show certain regularity and restriction in its evolution.See the essence through the phenomenon, this article selects Lanzhou city as the research object,in this area by analyzing the land use evolution of 70 since the founding of new China, from the industrial land, residential land, land for roads and transport facilities, green space and square land, land for public management and public service facilities five types of land for urban functions, observed on the scale and space layout of various types of land evolution characteristics, combined with the era background and policy, analysis the influence factors of influence of various kinds of land use evolution, and the development of Lanzhou city land space classification is put forward for the future optimization strategy,in order to build more healthy and reasonable land space in Lanzhou.According to the time series of the general plan of Lanzhou city in the fourth edition, this paper studies the construction land of five categories of cities in 1954,1977,2000,2010 and 2019 respectively. After vector extraction of the current land use in each period, the evolution of land use scale and spatial layout is studied by using spatial analysis method. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The scale of industrial land is increasing with the development of the city, but the growth rate gradually slows down and increases to the periphery. In the future, the growth of industrial land is bound to change from extensive expansion to smart growth. The industrial base determined by "156 projects" is still undertaking the industrial functions of Lanzhou.By comparing the proportion of industrial land in each period, the industrial bases determined in the early period of Xigu district and Qilihe District always occupied a large proportion. The distribution of industrial land in each sector is quite different, the land distribution is reasonable relative to the dominant wind direction of Lanzhou, and the expansion of industrial land is unified with the topographic conditions of Lanzhou. In general, the factors affecting the evolution of the spatial pattern of industrial land in Lanzhou mainly include natural factors, policy factors, economic factors and ecological factors.(2)The residential land in the circle centered on Dongfanghong Square showed a trend of first growth and then slow decrease. In the circle centered on The Yellow River, the residential land was mainly concentrated in the circle 1-2km away from the Yellow River, indicating that the landscape around the Yellow River was attractive to the expansion of the residential land. The layout pattern of residential area first took the Soviet-style"neighborhood"as the basic spatial organization form of residential area. With the deterioration of Sino-Soviet relations, the layout of small neighborhoods was gradually abandoned and evolved into large neighborhoods and residential areas, and the architectural layout also evolved into determinant or free-form layout. The"gated communities"model was introduced in 1990.Since the ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development approved the Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standard GB50180-2018 on July 10,2018,the concept of urban living circle has been put forward, taking it as the basis for the allocation of public services and municipal facilities in residential areas, and corresponding adjustments have been made to the original public service facilities and municipal facilities.Generally speaking, the spatial pattern of residential land in Lanzhou is based on the natural environment. In the process of development,it is driven by the influence of housing system and economic and population growth. In terms of the land distribution pattern at the micro level, urban transportation also plays a leading role.(3)land for roads and traffic facilities as the city's skeleton system,at the beginning of the urban construction and land use are mainly concentrated in the Chengguan district,Qilihe district, west solid, but with the continuous expansion of urban land, the road system in eastwest main road,on the basis of strengthening the urban north and south on both sides and transport links of each group. The evolution of land use pattern of road and transportation facilities is restricted by terrain conditions in the initial stage of construction and is gradually improved with the advancement of urban planning. In recent years, with the continuous guidance of green traffic, the spatial pattern of road shows a multi-level and networked spatial pattern.(4)Due to the lack of food and the neglect of ecological environment in early cities, the land of green land and square was the main green land in the city. With the aggravation of industrial pollution, attention has been paid to the construction of protective green space between industrial land and other land, and many professional parks and square Spaces have been added.By analyzing the evolution of the land density of green space and square,it is found that the land density of green space and square in Chengguan district is still very high, while that of other areas is in equilibrium. In the process of central urban area construction, the natural geographical conditions, urban nature, regional tourism, and the improvement of human living environment all have an impact on the evolution of the land space of green land and square in Lanzhou. In addition, from the analysis of the scale evolution of green space and square land,it is found that in recent years, the land area of green space and square is increasing, but tends to be stable, and various types of green space are increasing at different degrees.(5)land for public management and public service facilities as a measure of urban service function index,in the early stages of urban development, focus on planning and layout in the Chengguan,to reflect the socialist industrialization status of the city, but along with the expansion of urban construction land in every area, land use scale began to increase, and in the city a total land area occupies certain proportion. In recent years,as the other land in the urban center is dispersed, the land for public management and public service facilities starts to fill the vacancy by means of land replacement,so as to provide better services for the development of Lanzhou. In addition, the factors affecting its evolution include the improvement of the overall urban function, the coupling change between land use,the guidance and control of urban planning, and the continuous improvement of traffic facilities and networks.(6)In the process of evolution, various functional land USES in Lanzhou show the dynamic characteristics of one changing from the other. In the early stage of the founding of new China, industrial land always occupied an important position in the central area of the city in order to improve the people's material level. As Lanzhou economic level unceasing enhancement, the people have solved the food and clothing problem, the development of the city began to have characteristic has the connotation, the goal of development,so the service function of city land began to increase, and shows a tendency of more balanced growth, the corresponding industrial land began to decline, the in conformity with the city's future development goals. Finally, focusing on the optimization and adjustment strategy of land use space in Lanzhou in the future, starting from the current national requirements for the overall planning of land space,it is proposed that all kinds of land use in Lanzhou in the future should first make use of the natural landscape pattern of Lanzhou to shape the urban space pattern with cultural deposits. In addition,as the central city in the western region,Lanzhou, with the elevation of urban function positioning, needs to make use of the outer suburban space to gradually release the old industrial land,so as to better provide development space for other lands.Land for road and transportation facilities, land for green land and square, and land for public management and public service facilities,as supporting land for the leading functions of the city, should ensure the balance of their spatial allocation,so that they can better radiate the surrounding communities and meet the needs of urban development.
