When the continuous optimization of China's main city rail transit and rapid construction of city spatial structure,the status and function of adjacent area of central station is more important in city.The scientific and effective planning and construction not only affect the urban function and rail transit efficiency,but also affect the realization degree of urban spatial rationality.Due to insufficient theoretical research and insufficient space awareness,it is necessary to make a comprehensive and comprehensive diagnosis of urban rail transit center type site adjacent area.Based on the city rail transit center site adjacent to the space area as the research object,performance evaluation as a starting point,I hope through the elements in the space level organization is reasonable space efficient evaluation of rail transit stations in the contiguous zone use.The related research results can provide a reference for the study of the coupling and coordination of site ontology performance and the radiation performance of adjacent areas and the optimization model of spatial elements in adjacent areas.Firstly,the adjacent area of 30 urban rail center sites in five representative cities is surveyed,and the adjacent area of urban rail transit center type site and its classification are studied based on the " node_location " theory.In this paper,the site adjacency is divided into four categories : commercial center type,community center type,public management and public service center type,integrated center type,and the characteristics and development mode of various site adjacent areas are analyzed from aspects of land use,transportation,block space and so on.Then,based on the target expectation survey of community residents,tourists and government administrators in the adjacent areas,the basic index set of spatial performance evaluation in adjacent areas is established.Then,the key and quantifiable factors are selected from the basic element set for each type of site,and the overall design of spatial performance hierarchy framework is carried out from four levels: the overall layer,the system layer,the element layer and the index layer.Through the AHP of YAAHP software weighting of each index factor,the indexes were normalized by negative method,average method of index dimensionless.The study obtained the spatial performance evaluation index system of four types of site adjacency areas.The index system consists of 4 levels,5 systems,9 element layers and 32 indicators.Finally,taking commercial center type site adjacent area as an example,select three cases of Shenzhen Huaqiang North Railway Station,Shanghai Nanjing East Road Station and Chengdu Chunxi Road Station for basic data investigation.Then,the results of the performance evaluation of each site are obtained by the evaluation system,and some suggestions are given for the optimization of the adjacent areas of the three sites with the result feedback.
