With the development of society,the elevators have become indispensable transportation vehicle in the high-rise building in today's world.Elevator door system is an important component of the elevator system,and the elevator door control system integrated with drive and control will enhance the door opening and closing performance,and improve the whole performance of the elevator remarkably.Entrusted by Hitachi Elevator(China)Co.,Ltd. Guangzhou Dashi Factory,this project has developed a control system integrated with the elevator door motor drive control and the elevator door logic control,this system has been produced by Guangzhou Dashi Factory and used in small scale.This thesis presents a drive and control scheme about using VVVF and SVPWM to drive the 3-phase ACI motor of the elevator door system,and this drive and control scheme is simulated based on MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation result indicates that,this scheme achieves smooth and rapid control to the elevator door,and has the characteristic of low current harmonic,achieving the application requirement of the elevator door system.This thesis designs the hardware of the elevator door control system,including the control unit and the power conversion unit,and designs the hardware's EMC.The control unit uses the TI's DSP TMS320LF2407A as the core,designs the encoder interface circuit,human-machine interface circuit,parameters storage circuit,elevator door I/O interface circuit,communication circuit etc.Power conversion unit uses the MITSUBISHI IPM PS21563-P as the core,designs the energy-consumption brake circuit,signal sampling and conditioning circuits,and several protection circuits,and the signal sampling and conditioning circuits include the motor phase currents sampling circuits,DC-Bus voltage sampling circuits and the 2nd-order active low-pass filter circuit.This thesis designs the motor drive and control program and elevator door control task program of the elevator door control system based on DSP TMS320LF2407A,and the elevator door control task program includes the elevator door logic control program,elevator door running curve calculation program,human-machine interface program,door-width adaptive program and the system protection program etc. This thesis studies the influence of elevator door weight and air pressure on the opening and closing performance of the elevator door,then presents the elevator door weight adaptiv control method and air pressure adaptive control method,and the computer simulations based on MATLAB/Simulink validate the validity and effectiveness of these adaptive control methods.The elevator door control system developed in this thesis is tested in the Hitachi Elevator(China)Co.,Ltd Guangzhou Dashi Factory experiment center,the test contents include EMC test,door opening and closing time test,noise test etc,the test result conforms to the national standard and Hitachi enterprise standard.
