The rapid development of tall buildings has made elevator an indispensable transportation tool in the big block. The elevator door-motor system is an important component of the elevator, its safety and reliability is crucial to the entire elevator system. The performance of door-controller which produced in our country is poor, whereas the foreign ones are expensive. Therefore, it is valuable to design a kind of elevator door-motor controller that has high performance of speed regulation and reliability. This paper gives a kind of controller, which can apply to the door-motor control system which based on Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). The digital signal processor(DSP) is the core of controller, intelligent power module(IPM) is the driver.This paper summarizes the current situation and developing trend of elevator door motor control system, analysis and the comparison of the composition structure of the system, functional requirements and drive mode. It gives the system design, including hardware and software.The hardware design can be divided into control unit, power conversion unit and protection unit. The control unit which chooses TI's TMS320F28035 as the main control chip, including the minimum system, communication interface circuit, signal detection circuit; The protection circuit comprises current protection, voltage protection and output power cut-off protection; The power unit mainly introduces the design of the system power main circuit.The software design mainly introduces peripheral software system, including main control software program, main action program of door, self-learning of door width program, reading and writing parameter program, human-computer interaction program etc.The last part of the paper introduces the debug of the controller, the experimental results shows that the design of the system is reasonable and reliable, the system is working well and meets the demands of function.
