With the integration of renewable energy on the grid,the power system is faced with multiple boundary constraints of reliable power supply,less environmental pollution,low power generation costs and flexible operation.Because China's resource endowment determines that coal-fired power generation remains the main source of electricity now and in the future,a single economic index such as the coal consumption rate of power supply cannot meet the multi-boundary constraints,it is necessary to build an independent and unrelated multi-index evaluated system to represent the comprehensive performance of coal-fired units,which is a classic Multi-Attribute Decision-Making problem.In this paper,aiming at the multi-index evaluation of the comprehensive performance of coal-fired generating units,the subjective weights determined by AHP are used to linearly modify the objective weights determined by the entropy method to obtain the subjective and objective combined weights.On this basis,first of all,under the full rationality of the decision makers,the two comprehensive evaluation methods of TOPSIS and TOPSIS-GRA were applied to evaluate the performance of coal-fired units.Then,in consideration of the decision maker's imperfect rational psychological behavior such as the reference dependence and loss-avoiding,the TOPSIS-TODIM comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of coal-fired units.Six samples of 600MW coal-fired units were selected as examples to construct a three-level index system for coal-fired units,including a first-level index,five second-level indexes and 15 third-level indexes.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the three comprehensive evaluation models of coal-fired units established in this paper can rank the comprehensive performance of coal-fired units,and the evaluation results of coal-fired units are basically the same.The two situations of the decision-maker's complete rationality and incomplete rationality are considered in the evaluation models,which is helpful for the comprehensive performance evaluation of coal-fired units to be more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable.
