With the progress of transmission technology,high-speed rail and ship driving require permanent magnet motors with slow speed and large torque.However,traditional motors cannot be decoupled due to the magnetoelectric effect of teeth and slots,which fundamentally limit the improvement of torque density.The transverse flux permanent magnet motor is studied in this paper,and its stator tooth slot structure and the armature coil are perpendicular to each other in space,and the stator core and the current coil are independent of each other,so it can decouple the circuit and the magnetic circuit.Compared with the traditional motor of the same volume,the torque density is more than doubled,which meets the industrial standard of smaller motor volume and better performance.At the same time,with the improvement of people's environmental protection awareness and the conceal ability of military equipment,the requirement of vibration noise level of the motor is higher and higher.And the electromagnetic force received by the stator is the main cause of the vibration and noise of the motor,so it is particularly important to analyze the force on the stator system of the transversal flux permanent magnet motor.This paper introduces the structure and operation principle of a transverse flux permanent magnet motor,and takes a 20 k W and a 15 k W transverse flux permanent magnet motor as examples to conduct the following research.(1)By using finite element method,the vibration modes of 20 kW motor stator yoke and stator yoke with internal and external teeth are analyzed,and a suitable equivalent model is found according to the modal analysis,and a relatively accurate analytical formula of stator system natural frequency is obtained.(2)The no-load field is calculated.The air gap magnetic density,reverse electromotive force,inner and outer tooth magnetic density,and stator tooth force in the no-load field are calculated of the 15 k W motor.(3)The load field of sinusoidal power supply is calculated.When the sine power is supplied,the magnetic density of the inner and outer teeth of the motor,the radial electromagnetic force and tangential electromagnetic force received by the stator teeth are calculated of the 15 k W motor.(4)The load field of PWM power supply is calculated.When PWM power is supplied,the internal and external tooth magnetic density and the force of stator teeth are calculated of the 15 k W motor.(5)The force of stator teeth is compared between no-load,sinusoidal power supply and PWM power supply.Thus,it lays a foundation for the calculation and suppression of motor vibration and noise.
