In 1990 s,the design idea of transverse flux permanent magnet motor was put forward.Compared with traditional motors,it had the advantage of large torque density and large power density.It was often used in vehicles,ships and other large electric transmission vehicles,that was a new type of electrical drive equipment.With the increasing attention of researchers,the study of the vibration and noise characteristics of the transverse flux permanent magnet motor is particularly important.In this paper,the vibration and electromagnetic noise of a transverse flux permanent magnet motor with rated power of 15 k W are studied.The normal electromagnetic force acting on the stator system during the operation of the motor is the main cause of the vibration of the motor and the electromagnetic noise.The electromagnetic force is generated by the interaction between the stator winding and the rotor permanent magnet.The structure of the stator system and the vibration characteristics of the stator system under the action of electromagnetic force are the other major factors that determine the noise level.The vibration and electromagnetic noise of the transverse flux permanent magnet motor are calculated to provide theoretical basis for noise suppression.This paper carries out the following research contents:1.The three-dimensional calculation model of the motor was established.The boundary conditions were set and loads were applied.The stator outer teeth and permanent magnets of the motor were obtained by using ansys and matlab software.The no-load field,load field and its harmonic distribution of the air gap between the stator inner tooth and the permanent magnet were analyzed.2.The order and frequency distribution of rotating electromagnetic force wave and electromagnetic force wave on stator teeth under no load and no load were calculated.The main sources of electromagnetic force causing motor vibration and electromagnetic noise were preliminarily determined.3.Aiming at the special stator system structure in this paper,the natural frequency equivalent model of the prototype stator system was obtained by combining the analytical method with the finite element method.4.The vibration response and electromagnetic noise of the motor under load are calculated,and the main electromagnetic force causing the vibration and electromagnetic noise of the motor is obtained.The simulation results were consistent with the theoretical analysis results.It laid a foundation for further noise suppression technology of the structure motor.
