The large deceleration problem during the operation of the elevator safety device is not always negligible.During the operation of the elevator emergency stop device,the car is significantly slowed down.Some passengers were injured in an emergency stop because they were subjected to the tremendous impact of the elevator emergency stop.Therefore,in view of the safety problem of elevator passengers,based on the traditional safety tooth emergency stop device,an elevator free fall buffer safety device with spring and magnetorheological fluid damper is proposed.By controlling the magnetic field,the damping coefficient is constantly changed,and the safety gear is controlled by the magnetic field to change the damping coefficient,thereby obtaining reliable soft braking characteristics.In this paper,the design of the magnetorheological brake and the safety device construction test are completed for the proposed SVH300 passenger elevator free fall buffer safety device.The specific work is:(1)The performance parameters of five common magnetorheological fluids were tested by experiments to determine the magnetorheological fluid selection of the elevator magnetorheological brake designed in this paper.(2)Using the formula to calculate the combination of the market supply model to complete the structure selection and size selection of the elevator magnetorheological brake,and further use the finite element analysis to complete the magnetic circuit design and simulation,thereby obtaining the magnetic field strength and control current,The relationship between the damping force and the control current.(3)Construct a test system to complete the performance test of the elevator magnetorheological brake.According to the international standard of elevators,there are three important safety indicators(deceleration peak,time width,average acceleration)for the free fall.The elevator free-fall buffer safety device of the elevator magnetorheological brake combined with the spring is tested to verify the paper.The feasibility and effectiveness of the designed safety device system.
