In recent years,elevator accidents associated with elevator door system failures occurred frequently.As an important part of elevator system,more and more attention has been paid to the safety of elevator door system.In order to eliminate potential safety hazard in time and safeguard passengers' safety,strengthening the safety inspection of elevator doors has become a top priority.In view of the current situation in elevator door system testing device,such as having a single function,inconvenient to install,and the technical means used in some testing items is not reasonable,etc.A comprehensive performance testing device for elevator doors,which has the characteristics of multi-parameter acquisition,wireless data transmission,high integration,and general-purpose,was proposed in this paper.In this paper,the present research state and future development tendency of elevator door system detection technology were briefly addressed.By consulting related standards of the elevator inspection technology,the performance requirements of the design target and the device were clarified,and the overall design scheme and design idea of elevator door comprehensive performance detection device were put forward.In order to realize the multiple functions of the integrated testing detection equipment,the structure of the device was researched and designed.And a data acquisition circuit based on CC2530 chip was designed,which can measure performance index of elevator door,such as the elevator door mechanical strength,elevator door closing force and closing stop stroke energy,opening and closing speed of elevator door,the clearance between door leaf and door pocket.The intelligent control scheme of the field control terminal and the wireless data transmission protocol were studied,and the upper computer management system based on the access database was designed to realize the comprehensive management of the detection data and the information of the detected equipment.The device was reliable and accurate,and had a certain practical application value.
