In current industrial production, multi-motor synchronous coordinate control problem has been widely applied in various industries:such as papermaking, textile, NC machine tools, new energy vehicles, etc. The development of industrial automation sets higher demands for level of productive technology, and then the multi-motor synchronization control performance needs to be improved. Therefore, research of multi-motor synchronous coordination control is of great significance.This paper analyses adjacent deviation control as the motor control structure discuss the multi-motor synchronous coordination control technology based on permanent magnet synchronous motor and combined with vector control and sliding mode control. The main work and research results are as follows:First of all, the working principle and model of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed. Vector control scheme is adopted and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established through coordinate transformation of vector control, the SVPWM technology is also used to realize the motor speed control. Then, the Simulink simulation model for the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control model and SVPWM technology are built.Secondly, contrasting the strategies of motor control, the nonsingular terminal sliding mode control strategy is chosen. The controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed and the fuzzy control is combined to reduce the fluttered problem of sliding mode control,. Theory proof and simulation example illustrate the effectiveness of the controller. The designed motor controller is used to improve the structure of adjacent deviation control scheme. The effectiveness of the control system is verified by simulation.Finally, multi-motor synchronization controller is designed based on the designed sliding mode control strategy of single motor. Multi-agent theory is used to analyze the stability of multi-motor synchronous controller. Instead of sign function, the saturation function is used to reduce the chattering of controller. The simulation results show that the multi-motor system synchronization controller has good steady-state performance and anti-interference performance.
