| Now the contradiction between production demand and resources in fixed assets are increasingly prominent because of equipment inadequate maintenance and mismanagement.In most large manufacturing companies, particularly in the asset-intensive enterprises, it leds to block improve enterprises’productivity and competitiveness. The equipment health maintenance information system is an effective way to resolve this conflict. However, in the face of complex information systems, the lack of attention to system modeling, such as information silos, and unable to get and express systematic demands accurately.In this paper, the integrated IUP modeling method is advanced for complex information systems, which is based on the integration of IDEF, UML and Petri nets. The IDEF method’s demand-modeling semantics is accurate and easy to understand. The UML method supports object-oriented design and software design.The Petri net method has the characteristics of the dynamic analysis capabilities. IUP modeling method integrates the advantage of IDEF, UML and Petri nets.The formal definition of IDEF and UML and Petri net is studied for conversion of the three methods.And the mapping rules among the three mothed are advanced to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the model conversion. IUP modeling method is applied to the Guangxi Huaxi Group equipment health maintenance information systems, and the results show that the IUP method provides a practical, efficient modeling method for modeling complex systems.According to the needs of manufacturing spare parts management, advance the ABCD spare parts classification and their inventory control strategies. Under the spare parts (R, s, S) strategy, the smallest out of stock model is analysed in the single point of storage mode.For the spare parts joint storage mode,the optimal model of inventory strategy is researched in the two-stage multi-depot mode,which is under the bach ordering policy and inventory transshipment strategy. Take two large manufacturing enterprises in Guangxi for example, it’s proved the advantage and usefulness of the two model. Based on B/S/D mode, the Equipment Health Maintenance Information System of China Tin Group is programed with the Oracle10g as a database and the Oracle Developer Suit10g as a programming development tool.It’s a process-oriented and highly integrated system with finance as the center and cost control as the main line. Now it’s widely used in China Tin Group. |
