With the rapid development of the economy,the increasing growth of counterfeit and shoddy products has become an important issue affecting the normal development of the economy.Whether from the perspective of China or internationally,the growth of counterfeit and shoddy products not only affects the legitimate interests of users,but also brings huge losses to countries and enterprises.It is necessary to take certain technical measures to combat counterfeit and shoddy products.Seems particularly important.The purpose of anti-counterfeiting technology is to solve the fast-growing society's demand for combating counterfeit and shoddy products.Through continuous improvement and discovery of new anti-counterfeiting technology,anti-counterfeiting technology occupies an increasingly important position in the field of product applications.At present,the commonly used anti-counterfeiting technology mainly includes engraving and printing anti-counterfeiting technology widely used in the manufacture of banknotes,ink watermark anti-counterfeiting technology used in tickets and product packaging,laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology,telephone inquiry anti-counterfeiting technology and RFID anti-counterfeiting technology.However,the numerous anti-counterfeiting technology solutions currently adopted cannot simultaneously solve the two important problems that users can directly judge and"anti-copy".Image processing is a rapidly developing and widely used technology.It can directly express the image information and process the image information to meet its own needs.This article is based on image processing technology to carry out research,combined with the widespread use of traditional QR Code,research and implementation of a random coating two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting technology,completely solve the problem of anti-counterfeit labels being copied.The random coating is composed of special color particles randomly distributed in a transparent coating with a certain height,using image processing technology to obtain the relative coordinates of the random coating relative to the two-dimensional code in the anti-counterfeit label obtained by the shooting equipment at different angles,and Characteristic vectors are used to characterize their relative coordinate information.The server verifies the random coating feature vectors at different angles.Within a certain tolerance,the authenticity of the anti-counterfeit label can be judged,that is,the authenticity of the product using the anti-counterfeit label.In this paper,the anti-counterfeiting technology of random coating two-dimensional code based on image processing is deeply researched and implemented.First,this paper uses the two-dimensional code recognition algorithm to obtain the image coordinate values of the black and white grid points of the two-dimensional code in the image,and then proposes to use the perspective transformation algorithm to establish the relative coordinate system based on the two-dimensional code,and obtain the perspective transformation matrix.At the same time,this paper uses the median filter denoising algorithm to preprocess the image,and then uses the image segmentation algorithm based on region growth to obtain the random coating area,and uses the contour point detection algorithm to obtain the coordinate value of the contour point image of the random coating.It is proposed to use the above-mentioned perspective transformation matrix to obtain the relative coordinate point image coordinate value of each coating relative to the two-dimensional code,and finally calculate the coordinate value of the relative center of gravity of each coating and the relative coating area,and use this as Randomly coat the feature vectors of the two-dimensional codes to perform anti-counterfeit discrimination.After many tests,the various parts of the anti-counterfeiting system proposed in this paper have been fully realized.Finally,the anti-counterfeiting identification accuracy of the system for anti-counterfeiting tags is 0.98.Even under low light conditions and in different devices,the anti-counterfeiting system can still have a high Anti-counterfeiting identification accuracy.The function and accuracy of the anti-counterfeiting system can achieve the expected goal.
