The outer layer of the double stator and rotor motor is a solid rotor motor,which has simple structure,high mechanical strength and good thermal stability.However,due to the mixing of magnetic circuit and current on the core rotor,the electromagnetic field distribution of solid rotor motor is very complex,so it is difficult to calculate the rotor parameters accurately.The accurate calculation of rotor parameters is the basis of electromagnetic calculation of motor,so the accuracy of rotor parameters is very important for the study of motor performance.At the same time,the motor has a double-layer structure,which makes the motor have the characteristics of multi speed,multi torque,low starting current and high starting torque.In this paper,two-dimensional electromagnetic field modeling and simulation are carried out for internal and external double 8-pole and internal single 4-pole motors respectively by using Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software.The starting performance of internal and external double 8-pole motors,such as starting current and starting torque,efficiency,power factor and steady running current when internal 4-pole is running alone,and the eddy current distribution of solid rotor motors under no-load and locked rotor conditions are analyzed Situation.The simulation data is compared with the experimental data,and the causes of the errors are analyzed.Then,the multi-layer theory method is used to analyze and study the rotor parameter calculation of solid rotor induction motor,and a new calculation method of main excitation reactance is proposed under the condition of considering the stator core saturation,so as to make the parameter calculation of the motor more accurate.The accuracy of the proposed calculation method is proved by comparing the calculation data with the simulation experimental data.Then,based on Matlab programming language,according to the parameter calculation of solid rotor motor,a set of motor design program of solid rotor induction motor is compiled.Finally,according to the characteristics of three-phase AC voltage regulation,the starting process of the motor is analyzed,and the soft starting system model of the double stator and rotor induction motor is designed.A fuzzy controller with current deviation and current deviation change rate as input signals is added.In the process of starting,the motor can avoid the impact of excessive current,and the speed can rise steadily.Through the above research and analysis.The performance of the double stator and rotor induction motor meets the requirements of low starting current and high starting torque,and takes into account the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving.The parameter calculation method of the solid rotor motor proposed in this paper can calculate the parameters of the motor accurately,and the motor design program compiled is accurate.
