The quantitative gating system is the key equipment for propellant charge of solid rocket motor,it is a modern and technical equipment integrating the machine,electricity and gas.In view of the development requirements of the solid rocket engine pouring technology,especially in order to improve the safety of product production,to ensure the quality of product pouring and to improve the production efficiency,the research and design of this subject are carried out.In this paper,the mechanical part and control part of the quantitative control system for man machine isolation in vacuum negative pressure environment are comprehensively designed.The design of the mechanical part mainly includes pouring cylinder,pouring upper cover,vertical lifting system and accompanying fixture design.Based on the principle analysis and theoretical calculation of the key bearing parts,casting cylinder and vertical lifting system of the pouring equipment,the strength check is carried out and the optimum design is carried out according to the system use.Reasonable selection of the electrical part of the design including the module of propellant quantitative determination and control system,monitoring system,propellant feeding lifting platform control system,heating circulating water control system,hardware circuit design and software programming.According to the actual use,in the precondition of quantitative,remote control and explosion-proof,combined with pneumatic control system software programming,realized the man-machine interface visualization operation is now popular.Quantitative pouring system developed in this research can be more solid rocket motors simultaneously in a vacuum environment and can meet the quantitative pouring speed,different types of solid rocket engine and multiple pouring,the actual use of the production,not only can reduce production cost,improve production efficiency,ensure product quality,but also can achieve security the production target,effectively ensure the safety of employees.At present,under the vacuum negative pressure environment,the prototype of man machine isolation and quantitative pouring system has been simulated and debugged for many times,and the result of the pseudo fluid debugging has proved that the prototype has achieved the design requirements and achieved the precise control of the flow rate.The gating system is also applicable to chemical dangerous goods production,casting and other large production enterprises,to explore a new way to design the explosive casting equipment for future mass production of the engine,which is of practical significance to promote China's casting industry related technological transformation and technological progress,with wide application prospect and market value.
