The Research On Factors Affecting The Reconstruction Of Urban Villages Close To College Town In Hangzhou

There are different ways of urbanization.The construction of college town is designed to develop education and serve the community.It aims to attract a host of students and employment-related people to the centralized construction in the suburb of the city and at the same time drive the development of surrounding villages and towns,realizing the urbanization of the two levels in cities and villages.The realization of urbanization is a dynamic evolution process:Colleges and universities have a positive impact on their surrounding areas while the surrounding villages take advantage of this opportunity for their own transformation and upgrading in the process of further urbanization.This dissertation focuses on the influencing factors of the transformation and development of the villages-in-city around the college town.It first analyzes the relevant literature on the factors influencing the construction of the College Town and the transformation of the village-in-city under the background of urbanization,and then analyzes the process of the transformation and development of the College Town and village-in-city in Hangzhou.Finally,taking the case of three villages-in-city around Binjiang College Town,the dissertation works out an evaluation index system of factors influencing the transformation effect of village-in-city,based on to conduct an empirical analysis of regional urbanization.The research has found that the comprehensive evaluation of the established index system,the four factors influencing the transformation effect of the village-in-city based on the comprehensive evaluation of the established index system are basic condition,geographical location,village organization,and external environment.The dissertation analyzes the evolution of the village-in-city around college town by comparing the four influencing factors,finding that the village-in-city around the college town takes advantage of its favorable environment and achieves new development.The thesis finally puts forward some policy-oriented suggestions:give full play to the role of village organization by attaching great importance to the upgrading and transformation of village organization and management ability and improving demolition policy;create communication mechanism by government departments to promote the coordinated development between different social organization unit and perfect the system of modern community governance.
