In recent years,the form of prefabricated building has developed rapidly in China.Assembly building has the characteristics of fast construction speed,less labor required and high construction efficiency.Compared with on-site construction,prefabricated components have higher quality and are widely used in China's construction industry.As a common prefabricated component in assembly building,steel mesh benzene plate has high market demand,while the traditional manual production mode has low production efficiency and high cost of manual production,which has been unable to meet the market demand.This paper studies and designs a kind of inserting machine system for automatic production of benzene plate of steel wire mesh,which can realize automatic production,effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.In this system,the machine,electricity and gas are effectively combined to realize the automatic production of steel mesh benzene plate.In the aspect of mechanical structure design,taking the modular design idea as the main line,the whole inserting machine system is divided into feeding mechanism,inserting mechanism,welding mechanism and discharging mechanism for modular design,which effectively reduces the complexity of mechanical structure,improves the operation accuracy of each mechanism,and makes the automatic program control simpler.In the aspect of program design,PC link network is selected to share the data of three Omron PLCs through RS-422A/485 option board,so as to realize PLC network control of benzene plate inserting machine,so that the inserting machine can operate safely,stably and efficiently.In terms of system operation,Omron nb10w-tw01b touch screen is used to design the human-machine interface of the inserting machine,so as to realize the manual control,semi-automatic control and automatic control of the inserting machine.Through the test of the inserting machine and its PLC network control system,and the analysis of the performance of the inserting machine PLC network control system,in 1100 automatic production tests,the normal operation rate of the inserting machine is 91.09%,the non-stop failure rate is 7.64%,and the shutdown failure rate is 1.27%.Among them,the non-stop fault does not affect the normal production of the inserting machine.The main reason is that the material box is not out of the wire.In the production process,it can be automatically recovered or simply debugged after the completion of production.Therefore,the system has successfully realized the safe,stable and efficient automatic production of steel mesh benzene plate.
