Compared with the traditional mechanical gear,the permanent magnet magnetic gear has the advantages of no friction,low noise and small vibration,which is suitable for the occasions without lubrication,high reliability and difficult maintenance.The non-contact transmission characteristic of magnetic gear is suitable for the liquid transportation process such as high sealing,high toxicity,high pollution,high corrosion,etc.at the same time,it can accurately determine the maximum torque that can be transmitted,no return difference,slip occurs when overload,and has the function of overload protection.At present,scholars at home and abroad have studied a lot of magnetic gears with radial modulation magnetic field,the calculation formula of transmission torque is relatively complex,and there is a certain degree of error.The axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear avoids the disadvantage of radial coupling magnetic skin effect through parallel magnetization and axial coupling of opposite magnetic pole plane,and improves the torque density.In this paper,combined with the research status of magnetic gear,firstly,the characteristics and transmission principle of axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear are described,and the 3D model of axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear is designed.Based on the common gear transmission model,through mechanical analysis,the axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear transmission model is established.The method of solving the nonlinear equation of the model is discussed.The transmission process is simulated by Simulink to verify the stability of the transmission.Secondly,the magnetic field of the permanent magnet gear transmission mechanism is analyzed by the discrete method and the equivalent surface current method,and the torque calculation formula is deduced by establishing the mathematical model of magnetic coupling,and the relationship between some influence parameters and the transmission torque is analyzed theoretically.Then,the coupling magnetic field is simulated and analyzed by FEMM software,and the relationship between the different parameters in the magnetic tooth structure and spatial structure of the magnetic gear,the air gap magnetic density and the magnitude of the magnetic field force,and the fluctuation of the air gap magnetic density on the coupling path are obtained,so as to verify the theoretical analysis results.Finally,through the design and analysis of the axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear transmission experimental platform,and through the experiment,some theoretical calculation and simulation results are further verified.In this paper,a relatively complete design scheme for the axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear is proposed and the moment calculation method is derived.Through the magnetic field simulation,the optimization scheme of the structure design is obtained.At the same time,the construction of the axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear transmission experimental platform is completed,which has certain guiding significance for the manufacture and application of the axial coupling permanent magnet magnetic gear.
