| The railway track is in the curved section.Due to the guiding effect of the track on the train,the rim and the rail inevitably produce contact friction,which directly causes side wear of the curved outer rail.The "Rules for the Repair of Railway Lines" has made numerical regulations for the serious damage of the rails caused by the side wear and vertical wear of the rails.The serious damage to the rails caused by the wear and tear also poses a hidden danger to the safety of the train.The Ministry of Engineering has always used the special rail wear measuring instrument to measure the wear rails.For mountain railways with many small radius curves,the curve rail wear detection work is extremely heavy and requires a lot of manpower.And this method requires artificial determination of measurement points,data is also artificially recorded,work efficiency is low,and it is easy to miss some severely worn parts.The measuring vehicle body is composed of an external walking vehicle and an internal measuring vehicle.The external traveling vehicle presses the measuring vehicle pressure on the reference surface through the self-aligning bearing,and the measuring vehicle is closely attached to the rudder and the non-working side through the four running wheels,respectively.The measurement standard is guaranteed and the car can be moved freely.The internal measuring car is placed on the other side of the rail through the connecting rod to ensure the overall level.The self-aligning bearing is the only connecting member of the internal measuring vehicle and the external walking vehicle,and its use can eliminate the influence of the running vehicle shaking on the measuring vehicle.The basis of the measurement is guaranteed.The two measuring encoders are respectively fixed in position to ensure that the measuring wheel contacts the specified measuring point.The distance sensor uses a counter scheme,which measures the running distance by recording the number of revolutions of the running wheel.This is a very economical and reliable method.In the implementation process,the trolley always uses the trajectory and the non-working side as the measurement reference.The measuring encoder is driven by the measuring arm to produce different rotation angles with the different degrees of wear of the rail.The counter continuously sends out when the running wheel rotates.The signal is broken;the three channels of data are processed by the single-chip microcomputer,and the processed data is displayed on the terminal device.The data is stored in a spreadsheet form and can be dumped to the host computer for analysis by the U disk. |
