With the continuous development and renewal of asphalt concrete market,asphalt concrete enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure,enterprises are discussing how to stabilize the original market,expand new business,improve management and service,reduce construction costs,improve project profit margin.As the key factor to improve the competitiveness and profit rate,the site selection of asphalt concrete mixing station is a problem that enterprises must face in development.Based on theabove requirements of the enterprise,in this paper,through a large number of related references at home and abroad and the questionnaire investigation and study,analyzed the research status at home and abroad in the field of facility location and the existing problems,because the research of asphalt concrete mixing station location of related literature is less,so the combination of logistics distribution center,bank branch,the location of the station and relevant experience,combing asphalt concrete industry development status and trend,and according to the situation of HT company asphalt concrete mixing station location,conclude that influence of the seven main factors of asphalt concrete mixing station location,Including the economic cost,equipment,engineering,material,traffic,natural environment,social environment.And through the reliability and validity test method to verify,modify the unreasonable in the survey data,extract 25 specific indicators from the seven main factors.Based on the results of questionnaire survey,the importance of these indexes is sorted,and the influence degree of each index is quantitatively analyzed by the multi-criteria analytic hierarchy process.According to the analysis results,the site selection model of the asphalt concrete mixing station of HT Company is established.The reliability of the model is verified by two concrete project examples.In the end,the paper summarizes the whole paper,draws relevant conclusions and analyzes the shortcomings of this paper,and looks forward to the future research on the site selection of mixing stations.
