Railway passenger transport has made an indelible contribution to the development of China's social economy.It is an important part of railway transportation,and also an important factor driving economic development.As a new mode of passenger transportation,high-speed railway EMU has advantages in speed,comfort and safety compared with other modes of transportation.As the carrier of passenger transportation,EMU manufacturing is a large integration of modern high-tech.One of the important tasks of EMU maintenance base is to maintain EMU.At present,the maintenance system of EMU in various countries is mainly to carry out state maintenance under the overall framework of planned preventive maintenance,actively carry out replacement maintenance and centralized maintenance,and according to the characteristics of different components,carry out detailed maintenance to make the load of maintenance facilities as balanced as possible.However,due to the particularity of its operation,most of the maintenance work must be carried out in the maintenance base,so to a large extent,it limits the utilization efficient of EMU.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the relevant literature,summarizes the research status and existing problems of EMU Operation Plan at home and abroad,then summarizes the EMU operation mode from the essence and classification of EMU Operation Plan.From the aspect of EMU maintenance operation,this paper analyzes the existing maintenance system and maintenance mode,summarizes the maintenance system of EMU in China,and analyzes the classification,distribution principle of maintenance mechanism and the general situation of each maintenance base in China,and evaluates the rationality of its distribution.Secondly,this paper focuses on the influence of high-speed railway network on the operation plan of EMU,and analyzes the factors affecting the operation efficiency of EMU,such as the train working diagram,high-speed railway transportation organization mode,the capability and layout of maintenance base,operation rules of EMU,and the compilation method of EMU operation plan.Thirdly,on the basis of the existing maintenance system in our country,a new EMU operation mode with remote maintenance under the condition of regional road network is proposed to improve the efficiency of EMU operation.For EMU operation with remote maintenance,the connection network and multi-objective optimization model are established with the minimum number of use and the minimum connection time as the optimization objective,and the mileage,time,connection conditions and other related constraints are considered in the model.Finally,based on the data of high-speed railway lines in a certain regional network,the network conditions are simulated and the model are solved by genetic algorithm so as to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Through calculation,it is found that this model is not only effective and feasible,but also can play a role in saving the use of EMU.
