From 2016 to the end of 2022,the national railway operating mileage increased from121,000 km to 155,000 km,and the high-speed railway increased from 19,800 km to 42,000 km.With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China,high-speed railways and existing general speed railways form a developed railway network,which greatly facilitates the travel of our nationals.However,under this complex network of "double network integration",there are many types and numbers of trains running,trains spanning a wide area,long line mileage and operating hours,high traffic density,construction and maintenance constraints on transport organisation are more stringent.How to consider the impact of sunset trains and interline trains on high-speed lines and general speed lines,coordinate the relationship between the opening scheme and the general speed lines and high-speed lines,so that the sunset scheme has the least impact on train operation,is an important problem faced by the railway sunset scheme and needs to be solved.In this paper,on the basis of a large amount of information and literature,we fully draw on and refer to the existing research on the setting of skylight schemes,use statistical analysis,graphical analysis,mathematical modelling and other methods,and apply transport organization,operation research,optimization theory and other relevant theories to carry out research on the coordination and optimization of railway skylight schemes under the conditions of double network integration,and the specific research contents are as follows:(1)To analyse and summarise the theories on the setting of existing skylight schemes,to summarise the reasonable opening hours and periods of skylight schemes for general speed lines and high speed lines,and to analyse and conclude that the setting of segmented rectangular skylights is more suitable for the operation of a large number of cross-line traffic under the complex network of "double network convergence".(2)To analyse the factors influencing the railway skylight scheme under the conditions of double network convergence,considering the contradiction between the high-speed railway evening departure and morning arrival trains and the skylight scheme,and to focus on the analysis of the high-speed railway evening departure and morning arrival trains and the reasonable opening time and distance,so as to lay the foundation for this paper to study the railway skylight scheme under the conditions of double network convergence.(3)Study the setting form of segmented rectangular skylight,and study the influence of the staggered time of segmented rectangular skylight on the time range of upward and downward trains based on the section and hub respectively.(4)To construct the optimization model of high-speed railway skylight scheme considering the general railway skylight scheme and the optimization model of general railway skylight scheme considering high-speed interline trains respectively,to fully consider the influence of interline trains on the setting of the skylight scheme,and through coordinating the relationship between the opening scheme and the skylight scheme,finally arrive at the railway skylight setting scheme under the condition of double network integration.(5)Consider the characteristics of the model in this paper and design an improved genetic algorithm in order to solve the model designed in this paper faster and better.(6)Using the model and algorithm designed in this paper,the skylight solution for the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed line and the skylight solution for the general-speed line affected by high-speed cross-line trains are completed,taking the high-speed line and general-speed line of the Beijing-Guangzhou corridor as examples.In this paper,the optimization models of the skylight scheme for high-speed railway considering the influence of interline trains on the skylight scheme and the optimization model of the skylight scheme for general-speed railway considering high-speed interline trains are constructed respectively.It is of reference and guiding significance to the study on the setting of skylight schemes in complex transport networks.
