Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT)is improved on the basis of manual Transmission,which inherits the advantages of simple structure,low manufacturing cost,reliable performance and so on.It has a broad application prospect in the automotive market.At present,China's AMT technology in the theoretical research has been gradually mature,many domestic transmission manufacturers are gradually AMT product.Therefore,the research on AMT test technology has important practical significance for the development and application of domestic AMT.In this paper,relying on the project of "All-Electric AMT and Engine Matching Optimization and Control Strategy Research"(14JJ5014)of Self-science Foundation of Hunan Province,based on the matching of a certain model with AMT,the AMT test technology of this model is studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Classifying AMT system,introducing the basic structure and working principle of AMT,analyzing the main content and system performance test AMT,according to the requirements of AMT performance test,put forward the function and the overall layout of AMT test rig,the test system of main motor,clutch assembly,AMT transmission dynamics characteristics were analyzed,and the corresponding mathematical model is set up,providing theoretical basis for subsequent control research and test(2)Designing the overall scheme according to the functional requirements of the AMT test bench,design and study the mechanical part and control system part according to the overall scheme,and design the mechanical part and control system part of the AMT test bench in detail;Select the power plant,coupling,etc.,design auxiliary supports such as related assembly motor,transmission,loading device,etc.,and trial-produce the test bench;The shift selection controller and motor drive controller of the control system are designed and the monitoring software of the upper computer is developed.(3)In order to verify the validity of the test bench,select one of the key performance of AMT trials,clutch and shift control as the research content,the key to study the control law of AMT,the clutch performance directly affects the control of the car starting and shifting comfort,therefore using jerk and slipping work these two clutch control performance evaluation as a starting point,put forward the fuzzy immune PID control strategy of AMT clutch,on the MATLAB/Simulink software to build the simulation model and the fuzzy immune PID controller,the simulation analysis.(4)According to the trial-produced test bed,the AMT is tested in 1 gear and 2 gear and 3 gear.The rationality and effectiveness of the design of the AMT test bed are verified through the AMT limited range of shift test.
