Recently,with the rapid economic development in our country,people’s living standards and quality of life are improving day by day.The increase of the urban population leads to the continuous expansion of urban spatial scope,but it cannot change the congestion of the city.The challenges of urbanization and motorization have intensified the contradiction between land-use and transportation,and also caused a series of urban problems: traffic congestion,environmental pollution,shortage of resources,etc.Combined with the large-scale construction of China’s rail transit and the development of economic and social system,we learn domestic and foreign knowledge about the TOD theory and practice,and explore a planning plan suitable for the future sustainable development of Chinese cities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status of urban development in our country,and proposes that the TOD mode can not only meet people’s living needs,but also improve land utilization,and emphasizes public transportation priority strategies,which is an effective way to solve urban problems.Then,the development path and core theory of the model are explained,these all provide theoretical support for the practical application below.Due to the differences in economic development and population density between European and American countries and Asian countries,the successful practice of the European and American countries and Asian countries are summarized,which provide a practical basis for follow-up research.Then this paper analyzes the interactive relationship between the rail transit system and land-use about urban space form,land-use value,land-use mode,and development intensity.Facing a series of urban problems in our country,the healthy development mode of TOD is urgently needed,However,the implementation of this mode should be adjusted in accordance with the current status of urban development.The characteristics of our city are few car ownership,high population density,high bus ride rate,and large city scale,these all provide necessary conditions for the implementation of the TOD mode in our country.Based on the existing theory,this paper comprehensively considers the node functions and site functions of rail transit stations,then chooses node attribute indicators and site attribute indicators of Shenzhen Metro Line 7,collects relevant material to statistic the required data of indicators.The common factor was extracted by SPSS software principal component analysis.After the cluster analysis,the rail transit stations were finally divided into five categories: transportation hub stations,residential stations,commercial stations,urban center stations,and general stations.Next,based on the TOD theory,a site-centered 500-meter range is determined as the scope of this study.Then a multi-objective function is established from the perspective of sustainable economic,social life and environmental development.The plot ratio is used as a decision variable,and comprehensively considered multiple constraints condition.Finally,Shenzhen Huaqiang North Station was selected as an example for calculation and analysis.The study collects the required data of the mode by consulting the relevant documents and data,after the data are substituted into the model,the mathematical fuzzy method is used to find the non-inferior solution in Lingo software,then the article makes suggestions for subsequent development.Next,using the same method to solve the same type of station including Huaqiang South Station and Huaxin Station,comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the same type of station on Line 7,and considered the overall area planning to achieve the maximum benefit. |
