| With the rapid development of bridge construction in China,the density of various traffic networks is increasing,and the demand for the construction of swivel Bridges is also increasing.However,there are still few research achievements on the safety risk management of the construction of swivel Bridges.The process of rotating body construction is complex and there are many uncertain factors.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk management of this method in practical engineering.Taking the trans-Longhai railway project on the North Xixian Loop line as the research object,this paper conducts a risk management research on the construction safety of T-shaped swiveling bridge from the construction practice of bridge engineering projects.The main results achieved are as follows:(1)Based on a large number of references in reading and learning,the development at home and abroad of swivel Bridges and T structure of bridge construction safety risk research are expounded,the problems of T structure of bridge were introduced in detail in the basic theory of risk management and process,the T structure of bridge construction in the process of risk identification,risk evaluation,risk control and so on for further study.(2)According to the characteristics of the bridge crossing existing lines,the unbalanced counterweight test of the horizontal rotation of the beam was carried out,and according to the test results,the friction coefficient,friction moment,unbalanced moment,eccentricity and other parameters of the rotating system were calculated.Secondly,the finite element model of Midas Civil bridge was established.The sensitivity analysis was carried out on the construction load,steel beam prestress,material bulk density,support collapse and other parameters affecting the linear shape and internal force of the bridge as well as the parameters affecting the rotation system.Finally,the paper summarizes the risk sources of construction risks,and establishes the construction safety risk management evaluation index system of T-shaped bridge.(3)The applicability and weighting process of set pair analysis method is introduced in detail.IAHP method is used to obtain the comprehensive weight of risk evaluation index.A risk evaluation model of bridge construction based on element connection number is established.(4)According to the risk hierarchy standard across the longhai railway T on west salty north loop structure of bridge construction safety risk overall judgment result to Ⅲ "medium risk",and combined with the engineering practice to develop a corresponding risk control measures.In this paper,the construction safety risk management of the trans-Longhai railway project on the North Xixian Loop line is studied to provide some references for the safety risk management in the construction process of T-shaped bridge in the future. |
