With the widespread application of magnetic latching relay,its robustness has attracted more and more attention.Relays have been designed only to ensure that their output characteristics are best,without considering the fluctuation of the noise factors.In this paper,a three-phase magnetic latching relay was modeled and simulated by using PRO/E software,ANSYS software and ADAMS software.At the same time,based on the noise,the three design theory was used to the parameter optimization design and tolerance optimization design of magnetic latching relay.It has important significance to improve the stability of magnetic latching relay.First of all,the three-dimensional solid model of three-phase magnetic latching relay was established in PRO/E software and imported into ADAMS software to improve and perfect.The electromagnetic system of the three-phase magnetic latching relay was simulated by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the flux linkage and torque under different current and different air gap were imported into the ADAMS software.In order to ensure the correctness of the simulation data obtained by ADAMS software,the ADAMS simulation model was verified.At the same time,the dynamic characteristics of the perfect ADAMS simulation model were analyzed.Secondly,considering the working life of the magnetic latching relay is one of the important quality characteristics,arc generated in the working process has an important effect on the electrical life of the relay.So,from the effects of arcing size and arcing time to determine the objective function for the 3 movable contact breaking speed.Each design parameter size of the electromagnetic system was changed,and the static simulation was carried out by ANSYS software.The influence of different parameters on the flux linkage and torque was obtained,and the main design parameters in the parameter design were determined.Then,the proper inner table and appearance were selected and orthogonal test was carried out by means of internal-external table straight product.The moving contact on the dynamic characteristics simulation calculated breaking speed of SNR and sensitivity of variance,choose the magnetic fluctuation level to maintain the best combination of relay quality controllable factors of minimum value,and the text was done.Finally,the tolerance design was carried out by orthogonal test on the basis ofparameter design.Through the analysis of the contribution rate of the data obtained from the simulation of dynamic characteristics,the design parameters which have great influence on the breaking speed and dispersion of the contact and the tolerance design formula are obtained.A tolerance improvement scheme was proposed and validated.The research of this paper provided a reference for the robustness design of magnetic latching relays,and was of great significance for developing new products with high performance.At the same time,the method and technology of this paper can also be applied to the research and design of other low voltage electrical apparatus.
