Research On The Spatial Layout Of Commercial Outlets In The Main Urban Area Of Lanzhou City Based On POI Data

As an important service type of business in the development of national economy,the development level of business has become an important indicator to measure the development degree of regional social and economic development.Reasonable business space layout can effectively promote the coordinated development of regional economy and improve regional traffic congestion,etc.,and is an important factor to ensure the near and long term healthy development of urban business.This article through to climb in lanzhou city in 2010 and 2019 data,the forms of commercial outlets distribution from the network,network density,network distribution form three aspects,such as through the combination of theory and empirical methods,explore the region's business outlets in downtown lanzhou distribution of defects,and the main factors of affecting the lanzhou city commercial outlets in distribution analysis summary,and put forward the optimization Suggestions.This study is divided into 7 chapters.The first part mainly explains the research background,and summarizes the theoretical and practical significance.Secondly,it defines the regional scope and object of this research,and finally determines the main research content,research methods and thinking framework adopted.The second part is related to the theoretical basis and literature review at home and abroad,through the previous literature reading,sorted out the theory and research results with high relevance to the content of this study to review.The third part is the core technology part of the study,the first is briefly summarized in the studied area,and filtered to crawl the POI data in the study area,according to the four areas(chengguan district,qilihe district,anning district,xigu district)research scope and attributes of the formats to crawl the data processing technology,set up to be the local database for full text analysis,this research selected at the same time the application of technical methods and establish the mathematical model.The fourth part is the core content of the case study of the paper.Through the comparison and analysis of the POI data of various commercial outlets in the study area in 2010 and 2019,the spatial distribution status and changing trend of commercial outlets in the main urban area of lanzhou city are obtained.The fifth part analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of commercial outlets in the research area,and analyzes and demonstrates the correlation among the influencing factors through SPSS software.The sixth part is on the basis of the previous analysis and research,the existing problems of the commercial network layout are summarized,and combined with the main influencing factors to put forward reasonable optimization Suggestions.The seventh part is the conclusion part.
