Research On The Spatial Layout Of Commercial Office Buildings In Central District Of Zhengzhou City

With the trend of economic globalization,the industrial structure of some developed countries has gradually evolved to be dominated by the producer service industry of the tertiary industry.my country has closely followed the pace of the world and has begun to attach importance to the modern economic system and to transform and upgrade its industrial structure.As one of the urban functions,the business office type has gradually become the core driving force of urban development.As the core city of the Central Plains Economic Zone and the national central city,Zhengzhou has a rapid development of the tertiary industry and great potential for the development of commercial office buildings.Therefore,research on the spatial layout and impact of commercial office buildings in order to better serve the city’s industrial development,Is of great significance to the development of office enterprises in the future.In this paper,the use of statistical analysis,Arc GIS spatial analysis,location entropy analysis methods,as well as charts and formulas and other intuitive and accurate ways to discuss the spatial layout of Zhengzhou commercial office buildings for a systematic and in-depth study.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the second and third chapters.The article defines the scope of research and related concepts,summarizes related research on the layout of commercial office buildings,and combs the development background of commercial office buildings in Zhengzhou from three aspects: urban environment,industrial transformation,and office industry.The second part is the fourth chapter,which mainly discusses the three aspects of the commercial office building space,functions and agglomeration types in the main urban area of Zhengzhou.Spatial distribution: Analyzed the evolution process of the commercial office building space,and explored the overall spatial distribution and the characteristics of scale and capacity,showing the evolution characteristics of "centers appearing-central agglomeration-coexistence of distribution-center of gravity eastward ";" five cores-multiple axes-The spatial structure of "multi-node";the distribution characteristics such as the center spreading to the outer circle and the large difference in regional distribution.Function distribution: After analyzing the functional types of commercial office buildings,analyze the distribution characteristics of office enterprises and calculate the degree of specialization of office enterprises in each district.It is concluded that the distribution of office buildings and office enterprises is different;the location entropy of office enterprise types in commercial office buildings The difference is obvious,and the characteristics of regional specialization appear.In terms of agglomeration types: the three types of agglomeration are summarized: the spontaneous endogenous type of commercial office buildings,the government-led embedded type,and the industrial agglomeration park type,and the morphological characteristics of "points,lines,rings,and planes" formed under each type are discussed.The third part is the fifth chapter.Through two aspects of external factors and internal power,through urban planning,functional positioning,location conditions,suburbanization and internal office industry,it analyzes the factors forming the layout of commercial office buildings.Finally,in view of the problems in the layout of the commercial office buildings in Zhengzhou,optimization suggestions are put forward and the full text is summarized.
