The construction of high-speed railways and the comprehensive maintenance of infrastructure occupies a very important part for the current high-quality development of high-speed railways.It plays an important role in improving the efficiency of logistics and transportation,accelerating the performance of social services,and connecting the exchanges between cities.It provides a solid transportation foundation for the current construction of a well-off society in my country by 2020.For any industry,human resource management plays an important role,facing new situations,new tasks,and new challenges in the current and future periods.The following conclusions are drawn through research:First,the problems of human resource allocation for comprehensive maintenance of high-speed railway infrastructure of Urumqi Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.include the following aspects:?1?The total amount and quality of human resources cannot meet current needs;?2?The human resource allocation management model is traditional;?3?The human resources performance evaluation and salary distribution mechanism are not perfect;?4?corporate culture construction lags behind the rapid development needs of the enterprise.Second,the existing infrastructure maintenance human resources do not match the actual needs,and the entire department needs to add 78 people,as follows:Liuyuan South high-speed railway maintenance workshop needs to add 8 people,Hami high-speed railway maintenance workshop needs to add 21 people,Shan Shan The north high-speed railway maintenance workshop needs to add 12 people,the Urumqi high-speed railway maintenance workshop needs to add 37 people,the high-speed railway professional maintenance workshop needs to increase 11 people,the high-speed railway inspection and monitoring workshop needs to increase 17 people,the dispatch command center needs to reduce 39 people,and the section needs to increase 11 people.Third,in view of the current problems in the maintenance of human resources in infrastructure maintenance,it is proposed to do a good job in comprehensive maintenance department human resources planning,establish a dynamic optimization configuration mechanism,establish a matching employment management mechanism,reform the existing salary distribution system,and establish a Corporate culture suitable for the high-speed railway development.
