Based On The Process Reengineering Of The High-speed Railway Comprehensive Maintenance Business Process Design And Research Of The Infrastructure

This paper combines process reengineering, system theory and integration management theory effectively, makes full use of its basic ideas and methods, and makes analysis and transformation of high-speed railway integrated infrastructure maintenance business process. In this paper, it introduces an integrated high-speed railway infrastructure maintenance services, summarizes the traditional three professional business processes, and diagnoses it. According to the diagnostic results, it designs the specific business processes, and analyzes running of business process, and combines theory with practice, selects GZ passenger infrastructure maintenance base for the empirical study to illustrate the practical application of the transformation of high-speed railway business process service.Firstly, this paper summarizes the three traditional specialized business processes of Works, Electrical services and Power supply, describes the main business, the main work and processes, and shows with the lane intuitively. Finds the key issues in business processes from works, electricity works, power supply, according to the basic principles of business management, makes efficiency and safety as the criterion to diagnose insufficient which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-speed rail operation. We should be focus on these aspects, and solve these problems to transform them.Secondly, the paper selects a reasonable approach to process redesign, at the same time, analyzes all aspects of the reconstruction project according to the diagnosis results, and make transformation with corresponding method to the selected item respectively. After completing the transformation, summarise flow chart style to the lane to create a new business processes of high-speed railway infrastructure integrated maintenance. On the aspect of specific operation and execution, this paper aims to each node at each key stage to describe how to operate. Meanwhile, in order to make effective implementation of business processes of high-speed railway infrastructure maintenance, it needs to provide the organization, system construction, maintenance resources and information platform in four areas of protection.On the basis of description of the previous theory, it is necessary to select an object to make empirical research, and show the results which have been reengineered how to apply practical, in the paper, selects GZ passenger infrastructure maintenance base for the study, and introduces its transformed maintenance processes, and mentions the important role of comprehensive maintenance plant specifically, and elaborates the support systems of operation.
