The Research And Application Of Human Resource Allocation In Multiple Projects Of Oriented Cascade Power Station’s Equipment Maintenance

Since project management developed for more than half a century, the task ofenterprise has increasingly been project with the rapid development and application ofinformation technology, the changes and development of the management mode ofenterprise’s operation. In the process of parallel implementation of enterprise’s multipleprojects, there are shared and conflict problems on money, time, manpower and otherresources between projects, and the enterprise’s resources are limited, so how toconfigure the resource requirements in the case of limited resources to meet therequirements of project implementation has become the focus in the study of projectmanagement.This paper put forward applied research on the basis of analyzing and summarizingrelated research results at home and abroad, and took project enterprises’ optimizedconfiguration of human resources as the center. At first, this paper talked about thedevelopment of multiple project management, research status of resource allocation inmulti-project, and summarized and concluded research methods of resource allocationin multi-project, and put forward research content of human resource configurationunder the environment of multiple projects.The core content of this paper includes two parts, the first part analyzed thedemand of organizational structure in maintenance multiple project of human resourceallocation, and built the s operation team for the unit of human cell structure of multipleproject’s maintenance. According to the characteristics of the maintenance work, thesecond part built human resource configuration model in the unit of group, and throughthe establishment of maintenance project of using the genetic algorithm to implement,and realized the scheduling maintenance to limited manpower during examine andrepairing the multiple projects.There has been certain theoretical significance and practical significance in thispaper, and the author selected some basin A repair company as the research object, onthe basis of theoretical research of so many scholars in home and abroad. The authoralso provided new ideas and solutions for maintenance company to achieve the optimalallocation of human resources from theory to practice.
