| With the progress and development of our society,the deepening of reform and the refinement of social division of labor,the construction projects are becoming more and more complex and challenging under the dual influence of competition and project environment,which puts forward higher requirements for the realization of construction objectives.At the same time,the perfection of project risk management is related to whether the project can be carried out smoothly in accordance with expectations.Among them,schedule risk management is the focus of project risk management.It mainly analyzes the uncertainties that may delay the project duration and affect the project implementation plan,identifies and evaluates the risks that affect the project,and takes effective measures to ensure the orderly progress of the project.As a construction project concerning people’s livelihood in C city,the Y reservoir construction project has been listed as one of 172 major water conservancy projects in the national 13 th Five-Year Plan.It not only gets the attention of the relevant government management departments at all levels,but also receives the general concern of the public and construction enterprises.The project has the characteristics of large scale,long construction period,high construction standard and involving many construction units.In the process of project implementation,there are various internal and external factors which may affect the progress.Therefore,project managers need to pay attention to the analysis of risk factors affecting the project progress,carry out project schedule risk management,and do a good job in preventing and controlling all kinds of schedule risks,so as to control the risks and losses that may occur within acceptable limits and ensure that the project objectives are achieved on time.On the basis of summarizing and commenting on the research of risk management at home and abroad,this paper studies the progress risk management of Y reservoir construction project in C city according to the theory of project management,project schedule management and project risk management.Firstly,this paper uses literature research method to identify the project schedule risk,and through expert interviews to identify the risk for the second time,forming a risk list of 5 categories and 18 items,and analyzing the risk factors of project schedule step by step.Secondly,this paper evaluates the progress risk of the Y reservoir construction project in C city in the implementation stage,and uses the expert evaluation method to score the occurrence probability and the influence degree of the progress risk factors of the project in the form of questionnaires.Furthermore,this paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the risk factors of the project progress and the overall progress risk,and draws the conclusion that the risk factors are ranked,and the overall progress risk of the project is high,and it is necessary to carry out the progress risk management.Finally,according to the principles of risk ranking and risk response,this paper puts forward strategies and measures to deal with the project schedule risk,focusing on the important schedule risk of the project,considering the general risk,and tracking,monitoring and management evaluation of the project schedule risk.At the same time,this paper also puts forward the need to establish a project schedule risk management organization,improve the project schedule risk management system and implement performance appraisal,so as to achieve the goal of establishing a long-term mechanism of project schedule risk management. |
