Daqing is located in a severely cold area.The construction technology of rural houses is backward and the heating method is traditional.The construction area of farm houses is large,and the land occupied by farm houses is wide.During the heating period,the indoor temperature has not been guaranteed,and the heating energy consumption of the farmhouses remains high,causing serious environmental pollution.How to better design a farmhouse suitable for farmers to live in is a friendly rural house in Daqing The top priority for energy saving.The high energy consumption of farm houses in Daqing and the poor heat preservation performance in winter have led to poor indoor thermal environment for farmers.How to better solve these problems is the research direction of researchers.Based on the analysis of energy consumption,this paper conducted an optimized design study on farm houses in Daqing.The software used for the simulation was Ecotect.According to the actual situation of rural houses in Daqing,a questionnaire measurement method combined with software simulation was proposed.The method is scientific.A survey method that issues enough effective questionnaires can find a large number of problems in the life of rural residents and the operation of rural houses in a timely manner.Through field measurement of rural residential units,enclosure structures,heating facilities,etc.,the rural houses are modeled for statistics and analysis,and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of Daqing rural houses are investigated and analyzed to ensure the authenticity of scientific research,Accuracy and scientificity.In the investigation of the current situation of farm houses,three main problems were found: one is the unreasonable single building and planning design of the farm house,the backward construction technology of the enclosure structure and the failure to adopt effective energy-saving technologies,and the second is the heating It is scientific and the efficiency of energy use is too low,resulting in inefficient energy use and high heating energy consumption.Third,the indoor living environment has no comfort under the background of extensive energy use.As far as the energy consumption reduction effect of the whole farm house is concerned,the effect of energy saving is: exterior doors and windows> outer wall body> roof> ground.Therefore,in the process of optimizing the design of the farm house,it is carried out in the above order.The thermal comfort results show that the optimized design of the farm house enclosure structure has significantly improved the average radiation temperature of the farm house,the expected average evaluation,and the percentage of dissatisfaction.Changing the amount of clothing on the human body can also improve human comfort to a certain extent.But the effect is not as obvious as the envelope structure optimization.Therefore,based on the improvement of the thermal comfort of people living indoors,the best way is to optimize the design of the enclosure structure of the farm house,followed by the consideration of the increase in the body's own clothing.After the optimized design,the coal saved by the farmhouse was 1.06 tons,equivalent to 604.02 yuan.The amount of straw saved is 2.12 tons.The economic investment of the farm house in insulation materials is 15882.372 yuan.The annual coal saving during the heating period is 604.02 yuan.The investment recovery period is 26.3 years.The normal life of the farm house is 40 years.The insulation and energy-saving renovation of the farm house can be recovered in the subsequent heating energy expenditure.
