In order to implement the State Grid Corporation’s series of deployments on strengthening distribution network construction management,comprehensively launch the construction management of "first-class distribution network",effectively improve the quality and efficiency of distribution network development,and promote the construction of distribution automation in an orderly manner according to standards.To meet the needs of the development of distributed power generation,electric vehicles,energy storage devices and other applications,the construction and application of distribution automation is facing new challenges.Building a test plan that meets the development of distribution automation has not only become an important issue in the research of distribution networks.The direction has also become a key investment and construction project of the State Grid Corporation of China.The main research work and achievements of this article are as follows:1.Through in-depth research on the current test technology of the main distribution station,the problems and technical difficulties in the current test process of the main distribution station are put forward.Station architecture test,message performance test,main station computer performance test,etc.explain the problems that may exist in the current distribution main station test process,and give solutions.2.To study and model the function of the distribution main station test system,FA(Feeder Automation)can simulate various failures of the distribution terminal,so as to test the function of the distribution main station,in order to further understand the FA working mode,This paper has modeled and simulated the voltage-type distribution automation in FA to understand its working logic and clarify its working process.3.Introduce the basic theory of the test and evaluation of the main distribution station,and divide the main distribution automation station into technical indicators,economic indicators and social benefits indicators of the main distribution station.4.The evaluation system is constructed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding weight ratio can be obtained by judgment.The fuzzy matrix and the weight ratio are used to evaluate the status of the distribution main station.5.Discuss the realization of the test system of the new generation power distribution main station,and list the test process of the new generation power distribution main station using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
