With the increased use of electricity, power quality become the target of growingconcern. Distribution Automation is a grid and equipment based on the use ofcomputer technology, communication and information technology to achieve thedistribution network monitoring and testing of the power distribution system in-depthscientific management of urban power grids make10kV distribution supply networkreliability have been greatly improved, but the complexity of the network increases.Electricity primary and secondary equipment and the development of electronic andcommunication technologies, but also for the implementation of urban distributionautomation provides the conditions.In this paper, the current Komsomolsk grid with a lower degree of automation,the rapid economic development of the status quo can not meet the demand forelectricity, the design of intelligent intelligence reform program Komsomolskdistribution system planning based on the grid for the Komsomolsk overview theoverall scheme of distribution automation systems, including the main stationsubsystem, feeder automation systems, communication networks. The function ofdistribution automation systems for a more comprehensive analysis, including datacollection and monitoring, advanced application software distribution network(network topology, state estimation, flow calculation, load forecasting, etc.),distribution management, load management, real-time data resource management,distribution network fault location recloser, FTU distribution network fault location.This paper presents the distribution automation system design, in line with theactual situation of the distribution network, to achieve the design goal. Practiceproved that the system will be fully functional, easy to use, fully meet the actualdemand, can further improve the power supply enterprise management level.
