Design And Realization Of Distribution Automation System For A County Power Supply Company

With the rapid development of society and economy,electricity,as an infrastructure for national economy and people ’s livelihood,is playing an increasingly important role.People put forward higher and higher requirements for reliability of power supply.Therefore,the construction of county distribution automation system is imminent.The distribution network automation system can realize accurate judgment and automatic isolation of the fault point position within a limited time,quickly restore the power supply in the non-fault point area,shorten the outage time of distribution transformer,reduce the loss caused by power outage,and further improve the reliability and power quality of urban distribution supply.At the same time,it also improves the operation and maintenance quality,service level and management level for power supply enterprises,reduces the operation and maintenance costs,accelerates the digital transformation of enterprises,and ensures the safe,reliable and economic operation of power grid.In this paper,on the basis of learning from other cities,county-level city power grid construction and automation system construction,combined with the current situation of a county-level city line grid,primary equipment,different requirements for power supply reliability in different regions,the distribution automation system of a county power supply company is studied from two aspects of scheme design and operation effect.Firstly,this paper expounds the development status of distribution network automation in China and abroad,the general situation of theoretical research,the advantages and difficulties of system implementation,and introduces the basic concepts,basic components and main realization methods of distribution network automation system.Secondly,combined with the current situation of distribution network in a county-level city,this paper clarifies the transformation goal and design principle of distribution network automation in the county,and designs the system architecture,main station,distribution terminal and communication construction of distribution network automation in the county.This paper mainly designs the communication scheme suitable for the automatic operation of a county power supply company,and expounds the selection and design of communication scheme.Finally,this paper shows the distribution network automation system built by the county power supply company from the aspects of data monitoring,fault handling,information push and system operation effect.The results show that the system runs well,and the design scheme meets the actual operation needs.
