In the thesis,in order to improve the efficiency of the asynchronous motor in low-speed operation,variable-frequency vector control is used in the asynchronous motor.With the improved cross-coupling control as a control strategy,the fuzzy PID is used as the synchronization error control methods to improve the accuracy and stability of multi motor in synchronous control system to stabilize the water pressure and ensure the stable water supply.Firstly,in the thesis,a mathematical model of asynchronous motor is established,and based on rotor field-oriented vector control method is proposed to improve low speed performance of asynchronous.The working principle of the fuzzy control and the fuzzy controller are studied.The fuzzy PID controller is designed by combining the fuzzy control with the conventional PID control,and the design step of the fuzzy PID controller is given.The control strategy of multi-motor synchronous control system is researched,then the improved cross-coupling control strategy based on fuzzy PID is given,and fuzzy PID design method is proposed.In synchronous system,when interference in the motor load,the accuracy and stability of multi-motor synchronous control system is kept through line parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID compensation.The improved cross-coupling control strategy based on fuzzy PID is simulated in the Matlab,and the simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and the practicability of the proposed algorithm.In the thesis,a simulation system is designed for the multi-motor synchronous control.Siemens 6SE70 converter is used as an asynchronous motor vector control,and Siemens S7-200PLC is used to realize fuzzy control.
