With the development of transmission technology in recent years, multi-motor drive has been used in various fields more and more widely. In order to enhance the dynamic performance and static performance of multi-motor drive system, and meet the synchronous requirements in some specific systems, multi-motor synchronous control researching have become more and more important. In this thesis, deviation coupling control is used as a control strategy and adaptive learning as a synchronous compensator speed control methods, naturally, the accuracy and stability of synchronous motor speed control system is improved. In the thesis, the development history of multi-motor synchronous control system is introduced, and characteristics of several control strategy is detailedly analyzed. Considering the mathematical model of AC motor is a multi-variable, high-end, non-linear, strong-coupling system, and incomplete decoupled of vector control algorithm, the Fuzzy Control technology is introduced to remedy the above defects. In order to improve the system dynamic performance, parameters self-adjusting fuzzy controller is chosen. According to different characteristics of required speed of the motor, the fuzzy controller automatically adjusts the quantitative factor and scale factor. Finally, the program of synchronous AC motor control based on fuzzy control and vector control has been put forward. The vector control function of Siemens frequency converter is used for AC motor speed controlling, and the Siemens S7-200 PLC is adopted to realize the parameters self-adjusting fuzzy control algorithm. The effectiveness and Practicality of the control algorithm is validated by the simulation results from Matlab .Finally, all research work has been summarized, other questions of multi-motor synchronous control system are simply analyzed, and the direction of future researching is described.
