As a source of construction information,the work guidance is a very important content in process of the ship design and construction.In view of the shortcomings of the current 2D work guidance,the current work guidance cannot meet the requirements of the market situation and digital shipbuilding.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the online work guidance method of 3D visualization.The online work guidance method of 3D visualization can change the traditional form of work guidance of shipyard.Based on the network environment,the 3D model including the design information,craft information,standard specification,engineering annotation and assembly simulation results,are uniformly distributed to the workshop terminal equipment to guide the construction.The paper mainly studies the following three aspects to provide a technical basis for the realization of online work guidance of 3D visualization.(1)Based on the concept of MBD technology,this paper studies the classification and organizational structure of block MBD datasets,the expression and management of geometric and non-geometric information,the content and structure of DMBD,PMBD and typical construction craft template.According to the requirements of 3D design and manufacturing mode,this paper studies the overall application framework of block MBD data set.(2)On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of block assembly manufacturing,the paper studies realization procedure of virtual assembly simulation,the expression form of simulation craft model,induction of dynamic simulation and ergonomics analysis procedure.The corresponding simulation process model is constructed to demonstrate the dynamic simulation and man-machine engineering simulation procedure.(3)This paper based on the VRML technology to lighten the MBD model.According to the lightweight model case,the VRML-based lightweight technology meet the lightweight requirements of the MBD model.Combined with the requirements of 3D work guidance software,3D work guidance software was developed.
