Study On The Spatial Evaluation System Construction And Regeneration Strategy Of Urban Abandoned Railway Under The Ecological Concept

Since the industrial revolution,as an important means of transportation in human life,railway has been promoting the process of urbanization and rapid economic development.Under the impact of the new mode of transportation,the advantages of traditional railway are not outstanding.Due to the continuous expansion of the city scale,more and more traditional railways are facing elimination.The abandoned railway in the city has become an obstacle to the development of the city.Once an important transportation corridor,it has now become a shantytown built at will,a garbage dump arbitrarily and a gray negative health space concentrated in the free market,which not only causes waste of land resources,but also breeds many urban environmental and social security problems.Therefore,the main research content of this paper is to remodel the abandoned railway space and make the once brilliant traffic corridor glow with new life and vitality of keeping pace with the times.This paper explores the current situation and problems of abandoned railway space in urban construction,based on the theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad,systematically combs the development process of abandoned railway space transformation,draws lessons from the relevant technologies and Countermeasures of domestic and foreign abandoned railway space regeneration design,classifies and summarizes them,and obtains the transformation methods from different perspectives of abandoned railway.As an industrial heritage,railway has the characteristics of linear space at the same time.Based on the previous evaluation system of Railway Heritage and the summary of linear space evaluation,the influencing factors are determined to build the value evaluation system.Then through the construction of structural equation model,the weight of each evaluation index is determined,and the spatial evaluation system of abandoned railway is established.According to the evaluation system: historical value evaluation,artistic value evaluation,scientific and technological value,social value evaluation,economic value evaluation and environmental value evaluation,the evaluation factor weight results can guide the transformation focus.Finally,taking the special railway line of Dalian Machine Tool Plant as an actual case,combined with the evaluation weight,the actual visit and public opinion survey,the crux of the problem of abandoned railway of Dalian Locomotive Plant and the key point of renewal are determined,and the corresponding transformation strategies are put forward.
