As science and technology developing rapidly,the number of motor vehicles is increasing day by day nationwide,and the traffic congestion is becoming gradually serious.Researchers in the field of transportation have devoted to solving this problem.They use microscopic traffic simulation software for traffic simulation Experiment to find the optimal solution.However,the cost of using existing traffic simulation software to manage and migrate experimental data is too high,and the car-following models of these software set the update time of the trajectory data of the following vehicles to a fixed value without concerning that the driver's reaction time is a dynamic Characteristics,which makes the vehicle deviate from the real value of the following vehicle trajectory.This paper innovatively not only develops a driver reaction time model based on driving time,but relates driving fatigue to driver reaction time based on the trajectory data set of carhailing.Finally,it builds the model of the driver's reaction time in a micro-simulation system that could be well embedded in the traffic.Following that,this paper proposes a dynamic carfollowing model(DCFM)based on generative adversarial network(GAN).The model consists of two modules,the first module is the driver reaction time model established above,and the second module is a car-following decision algorithm based on the generating adversarial network.The decision algorithm is composed of the decision base and decision index generated by the generation of the confrontation network,and the superiority of DCFM is verified by comparative experiments.Subsequently,this paper optimizes other models of traffic simulation,including vehicle generation model,road network model,vehicle route planning model,lane change model,traffic light model,intersection control model,and vehicle trajectory model.Finally,this paper builds a WEB-based urban micro-traffic simulation system.Because of its deployment in the cloud,the migration of simulation experiment data sets is directly resolved.The system provides users with a flexible simulation interactive interface.Namely,the countrywide map based on(OpenStreetMap)OSM is provided.Users will search,crop or upload it by themselves.It also provides users with a canvas for area division schemes.Users will adjust their own area division schemes extremely finely.In terms of data management,it provides users with trajectory data management,road network map management,area division scheme management and OD matrix management functions,which greatly improves the efficiency of data management.As for the system provides some functions such as traffic heat map,regional flow chart and congestion detection,it allows users to better observe the experimental results.
