With the development of social economy,photovoltaic power generation and solar thermal power generation have the advantages of small pollution,renewable,high efficiency,and get rapid development.In photovoltaic power generation and solar thermal power generation,the solar tracking support plays an important role,and the tracking quality of the solar tracking bracket has a greater impact on the power generation.In order to ensure the tracking quality of the sun tracking support,the power supply system of the sun tracking support is particularly important.In order to ensure the stable operation of the sun tracking support,the power supply of the control system of the sun tracking support is studied in this paper1.Based on the analysis of the existing power supply scheme of the solar tracking support,and the advantages and disadvantages of different power supply schemes,a hybrid energy storage self power supply system based on self powered photovoltaic panels,batteries and super capacitors is proposed.The equivalent mathematical model of photovoltaic panel is analyzed,and the characteristics of the maximum output power of photovoltaic panel are discussed through the simulation results.The three branch equivalent mathematical model of supercapacitor and the second-order RC equivalent mathematical model of lithium battery are analyzed.The different charging and discharging characteristics of supercapacitor and lithium battery are discussed through the simulation results of the two mathematical models.2.According to the different charge and discharge characteristics of battery and super capacitor,the charge and discharge circuit of lithium battery based on CN3306 charge chip and the charge and discharge circuit of super capacitor based on LTC3350 charge chip are designed.The constant current and voltage charge of lithium battery is realized by the charge and discharge circuit of lithium battery,and the constant current charge and boost discharge of super capacitor are realized by the charge and discharge circuit of super capacitor.3.According to the energy storage characteristics of the hybrid energy storage self power supply system,the energy distribution scheme is designed to achieve the efficient collection and storage of the energy from the self powered photovoltaic panels.According to the characteristics of intermittent tracking of solar tracking support,the external power supply scheme is designed to ensure the stability and reliability of the external power supply of the system.4.In order to obtain the state of lithium battery and ensure the health of energy storage,it is very important to obtain the SOC of lithium battery.Therefore,the discharge characteristics of lithium battery are analyzed,and the main parameters of the second-order RC model of lithium battery are identified.Finally,the extended Kalman filter(EKF)algorithm is used to estimate SOC of lithium battery,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by simulation.
