As the significant increase of fossil energy consumption, countries around the worldhave begun to develop renewable energy, inexhaustible solar energy has become animportant energy to solve the problem. At present there are many problems in photovoltaictechnology application, including: poor stability and low energy efficiency of photovoltaiccells. In addition, the lead-acid storage battery has low power density and maintenanceproblems, which limits the application of photovoltaic power generation system.A maximum power point tracking system based on supercapacitor is proposed in thispaper. The power conversion circuit which contains the supercapacitor is applied betweenthe PV array and load, changes the PV array output characteristic, thus completes themaximum power point tracking control of photovoltaic power generation system. Thesimulation results of the maximum power point tracking simulation based on supercapacitorin MATLAB show the effectiveness of the method.The thesis designs a photovoltaic power generation system based on supercapacitorenergy storage, analyses the system energy flow mode. The bidirectional dc-dc converter ischosen as the charge and discharge controller of the supercapacitor energy storage system.This paper designs the system hardware circuit and software process, the simulationresults show that this photovoltaic power generation system has a good reliability andstability. |
