The double-deck containment structure of WWER reactor meets the technical requirements of the third generation nuclear power plant.It consists of reactor raft basement plate,outer cylinder wall,pre-stressed reinforced concrete inner cylinder wall,inner dome,outer dome,gate and steel lining.In this paper,the key construction technologies of steel lining,inner shell prestressing system and shell dome support for double-deck containment of nuclear reactor are explored.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the steel liner barrel,the installation method is studied,and the installation and hoisting analysis of the largest through sleeve of the steel liner is carried out.(2)According to the characteristics of large volume,heavy weight and not fully symmetrical structure of steel-lined dome,the lifting of steel-lined dome is simulated and analyzed by finite element method in combination with working conditions.The radius,circumference and lifting deformation of the lower dome and the upper cylinder are controlled to ensure the precise butting of the dome after lifting.(3)After hoisting the steel-lined dome,the finite element simulation of the construction of the concrete dome with inner shell is carried out to analyze the influence on the deformation of the steel-lined dome.(4)Relevant tests of prestressing system are carried out: bellows performance test,steel strand anchorage system mechanical properties test,mix proportion test of prestressing new stable paste,after full proportion grouting test and friction test of new prestressing pipeline,inverted U-shaped steel bundle integral beam piercing construction is carried out.(5)The shell dome is supported by scaffolding steel tube.Based on the stability of the supporting pole,the support points are designed on the concrete surface of the shell and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out.
