Urban public space carries many needs for communication.Public space is not only the basic material space of communication,but also the spiritual activity space of the communication crowd.After people's basic communication needs in public spaces are met,people gradually pay attention to communication in the public space environment,and the increase in communication needs places higher demands on the publicity of the space.The design principles of public spaces are based on the various activities of residents in daily communication spaces and the needs of different levels,focusing on the accommodation and support of communication activities in public communication venues and the sense of spatial experience of social groups.Whether communication in the space strengthens the publicity of the space,whether the publicity of the space promotes the occurrence of communication behavior,and whether there is a mutual relationship between the two has become the research object of the text.This article investigates and analyzes the publicity of Changsha Wuyi Square space,its characteristics,and communication behavior,and reflects on whether there is a mutual relationship between communication and the publicity ofspace.Combined with relevant theories and investigations and analysis,systematically summed up the public space design principles and public space quality construction strategies of Wuyi Square under the mutual aid relationship,which played a theoretical guiding role in improving the publicity of the space and the quality of communication activities.The introductory part of the first chapter expounds the research background,purpose and significance of communication and the publicity of space,and summarizes the current research status,research methods and thesis framework of domestic and foreign research.The second chapter makes a certain definition of the research concepts related to communication and the publicity of space.First define the basic concepts of communication,space publicity and mutual assistance.Then it describes the behavior,characteristics,scale composition and functional composition and spatial characteristics of spatial commonality.Finally,the definition and constituent elements of the existence of public mutual aid in communication and space are explained.The third chapter analyzes and surveys the space of Wuyi Square based on the space of Changsha Wuyi Square,analyzes thespace status and communication behavior of Wuyi Square,and summarizes the mutual assistance relationship between the communication and space within the survey scope.It also analyzes the communication characteristics and functional characteristics of the case space,and pave the way for the study and conclusion of Chapter IV design principles and construction strategies.Chapter 4 researches the design principles and construction strategies applicable to public communication spaces based on the composition characteristics and case analysis summarized above,so as to derive the design principles of the design system for public communication spaces of Wuyi Square under the mutual assistance relationship.Public communication space environment and quality of communication activities.
