In recent years,China's offshore fishery has shown a trend of decline.The development of offshore fisheries can maintain the normal development of the fishery economy.At the same time,it is great significance for maintaining the national marine rights,interests and diplomatic strategy.Ocean fishing vessels are important equipment for the development of marine fishery resources.With the support of national policies,the design,construction technology and fishing technology of fishing vessels have developed rapidly.Under the background of global resource shortage and intensified environmental pollution,the possible environmental pollution problems brought about by the exploitation of marine fishery resources have become the focus of attention of various parties.Related international organizations,governments have successively introduced laws and regulations restricting the emission of pollutants from ships.China puts forward the policy of ecological civilization construction,and the“13th Five-Year Plan” has formulated energy saving and emission reduction targets.In2018,the “Plan for Implementing Ship Air Pollutant Emission Control Areas” was proposed.The expanded emission control areas in 2019 will cover the entire coastal area and major river regions.In order to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the fishery economy,China has imposed strict restrictions on the number of fishing vessels and diesel engine power,and formulated a "dual control" policy to manage fishing vessels.Taking tuna longline fishing vessels as the research object,exploring a method suitable for fishing operation conditions,high fuel economy,and good emissions has become the focus of research on fishing vessel energy-saving technologies.In order to improve the comprehensive fuel economy and environmental protection performance of fishing vessel fishing operations,a propulsion scheme for a diesel-electric hybrid power system for a tuna longline fishing vessel is proposed.Compared with the traditional tuna fishing vessel diesel engine propulsion system,the diesel-electric hybrid power system has two major sources of power: diesel engine and electric motor.Clean and efficient.The tuna fishing vessel of the diesel-electric hybridpower system can reasonably select the power source output according to the needs of different navigation conditions,improve the comprehensive utilization of fuel oil,reduce the emission of polluting gases,and achieve energy saving and emission reduction.First of all,the characteristics of the fishing operation conditions of tuna longline fishing vessels are studied,and the series and parallel drive structure forms applied to the ship's hybrid power system are analyzed.Four types of parallel structure operation modes are introduced.Hybrid propulsion system.Combined with the fishing vessel diesel model spectrum database,the selection of fishing vessel diesel engine is studied,and the electric motor and energy storage device of the hybrid power system are selected according to the operating conditions of the fishing vessel.Aiming at the characteristics of a fishing vessel parallel diesel-electric hybrid power system,determine the power distribution control target,select torque as the control parameter,select fuzzy control as the control strategy for the tuna fishing vessel,and formulate control rules and design a fuzzy controller.Then,the model of each part of the hybrid power system is established in MATLAB / SIMULINK software,and the system model is built and simulated by the subsystem packaging technology.Based on the simulation diagram,the performance research of the hybrid fishing vessel and the traditional diesel-powered fishing vessel is carried out.During the complete fishing operation cycle of the hybrid system,the overall fuel saving is 20.1%,and NOx,CO,and HC can reduce emissions by 30% ?35 %,The initial investment payback period for the construction of the hybrid system is short,and the fuel-saving effect of the entire life cycle of the fishing vessel is significant.Finally,referring to the principle of selecting ship evaluation indicators,according to restrictive requirements,combining with the characteristics of Fishing vessel operations,and using modern evaluation methods,a hierarchical ladder model for comprehensive evaluation of fishing vessels is established.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index of the Fishing vessel,and the membership function parameters and evaluation matrix of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were determined in combination with the characteristics of the Fishing vessel.The calculation results show that the energy-saving level of the diesel-electric hybrid Fishing vessel is significantly better than that of the traditionaldiesel-powered Fishing vessel,which proves the scientific nature of the comprehensive evaluation.
