Firstly, the significance of this paper is described, through a large number of literature data, this paper describes the domestic and foreign power generation enterprise energy saving and emission reduction projects, the paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of energy saving and emission reduction projects, and comprehensively expounds the research contents and methods of the A company’s energy saving and emission reduction projects.The post evaluation index system of science is the benchmark of the effect of the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction projects, but also the important factor of the quality of the post evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction projects. In this paper, the establishment of the index system and the weight of the evaluation index system of the A company’s energy saving and emission reduction projects are studied, and the method and the basis of the establishment of the evaluation index system of A company’s energy saving and emission reduction projects are comprehensively expounded. According to the characteristics and evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction projects of A company, the 6 energy-saving and emission reduction projects are set up by using the principle of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. In this paper, the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction projects and the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction projects are integrated into the post evaluation index system of energy saving and emission reduction projects. Through the application of practical examples, it is concluded that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are scientific and reasonable, and can be objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation of the performance of energy saving and emission reduction projects, the evaluation system has a strong operational, and can be used in the follow-up of energy-saving emission reduction projects, has a certain promotion value.
